We took the girls on a little outing to a local orchard. It's a really fun place for kids. They have it all decorated and set up for Halloween. There's a haunted house, pony rides, a pumpkin patch, petting zoo and hay rides. Georgia had a great time and Gracie just soaked in the view from my front pack.

Just wanted to say...we miss you! And seeing these pictures makes us miss country living too. Sure it's 70 degrees and fair everyday here, but I miss the orchards, the fall parades (complete with the silly masonic lodges in their tiny vehilces), and the beauty and sound of silence after new snow. (I could also do without some of these snobby Californians too) Wish we could be there and share it with you...also, I wouldn't mind taking Gracie for a couple of those colic hours!
