I finished my last class for Wilton Course II tonight. This was the cake I baked for the final. I made everything on it in the past week and put it together tonight. We also learned the basketweave technique and rope border. This class has been so much fun. Next Tuesday I start the last of the sessions, Wilton Course III, which is Fondant. I can't wait!

Wow! You did such a great job! Did you eat it yet? It seems almost "wrong" to eat something so beautiful.
