With much anxiety, I entered my first cake decorating competition. I made this two tier fondant covered zebra-safari themed cake. I hand painted the top tier and made a sign out of sugar. It's all edible! The contest was today and I'm very beaming with pride to announce that I won 1st place in Best Presentation! I'm still shaking from the whole ordeal and can't believe I actually won! They gave me a trophy and a $25 certificate at a local restaurant! I must say that I'm now hooked and can't wait to enter more contests!
